Investigator and Process Server Career and Job Opportunities Carlson Investigations is always on the lookout for individuals with specialized experience and/or skills to join our team of dedicated professionals.

We frequently have job openings for field investigators, process servers, background screening specialists, interviewers, surveillance operatives, missing person locators, skip tracers, asset searchers, public records researchers, administrative staff, and more. Experience is preferred, but not always essential, as training opportunities may be available to the right candidates.

All applicants must be over 18 years of age, have a valid U.S. drivers license, a clean criminal history, a flexible work-schedule, along with good speaking and writing abilities. A sound knowledge of the Chicago metropolitan area is a plus.
